SECTION 21 – RIGHT TO CANCEL (CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS)

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

If you wish to exercise this right, you must inform us by email or post within the cancellation period.
You must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of informing us of cancellation. The cost and arrangement of returning the goods will be your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
We will issue a refund (including standard delivery charges where applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
We may deduct from your refund any reduction in the value of the goods if they have been handled more than necessary.

This cancellation right does not apply to goods that are made to order, customised, or otherwise exempt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

All payments on our website are processed securely via Stripe. We accept most major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You may also be able to pay using digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your device and browser. If alternative payment methods (such as Klarna or bank transfer) are available, these will be shown at checkout.

Full payment is taken at the time of order, unless otherwise stated. All transactions are processed in GBP (£). We do not accept cash or cheques. For your security, we may carry out fraud prevention checks on all transactions.

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods within 14 days.
