Kills Bed Bugs, Fleas, Moths, Ants, Spiders and More
The 5g Insect fogger is a simple yet powerful way to kill insects in the home, shed or car. The smoke contains 5g of insecticide which immediately attacks the pests nervous system leading to their death. Simply open the room up, including opening wardrobes and drawers, lift mattresses on end and leave any possessions in the room, place the required number of insect smoke bombs on a heat resistant surface, light the wick and leave the room for 3 hours. The smoke will access all small holes, cracks and crevices where the insects may hide including within bed frames and small holes in walls.
Coverage
Featuring more active ingredient than traditional 3.5g size smoke bombs, our 5 gram smoke bomb provides an effective and affordable pest control solution.
For larger spaces (small / medium to extra large rooms), see our 16g smoke bomb to provide more permethrin for open areas.
- Flying insects: Use 1 generator per 161m3.
- Fleas and bed bugs: Use 1 generator per 40m3.
- Other crawling insects (such as ants and cockroaches): Use 1 generator per 10m3.
We recommend combining the smoke bombs with an insect killer spray to provide a residual effect on carpets, bed frames, headboards and other areas. Retreatment would be required after 7-10 days as no product on the market kills the eggs, this period allows you to retreat and kill any next generation insects, and therefore eliminating and removing the full infestation.
Please remember to vacuum before the treatment. Empty the contents from the hoover into a bin outside the house. Do do not vacuum again for at least 5-7 days. Further treatment is recommended to ensure all life cycles are killed.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Clear people, plants and animals including fish from the area to be treated.
- Remove all foodstuffs (processed and unprocessed), utensils and food preparation equipment.
- Seal area to be treated as effectively as possible. Close doors and windows block fireplaces and exclude draughts.
- Take the required number of Smoke Bombs, refer to the Rates of Application table.
- Tear off tag and remove container cap.
- Place each Smoke Bomb on a fireproof base of approximately 300 mm x 300 mm but NOT in a bucket or other enclosed space.
- When a number of Smoke Bombs are being used, space them throughout the area to be treated, and prepare all for ignition before lighting the first.
- Light the Smoke Bombs in sequence, starting with the furthest from an identified exit.
- Light the igniter using a match. Do not leave lighted match on generator.
- Once lit leave the room quickly
- Leave for as long as possible, at least four hours or one hour per 1.5m ceiling height minimum.
